Founders of A.L.I.V.E.(Art Lets Inner Voices Emerge),artists Jose Castillo and Josama Palabra have partnered with Art In Motion/Monica Watkins in creating this therapeutic arts project. A.L.I.V.E is a Bushwick based free arts program for neighborhood children.
3rd Eye(Sol)ation is an arts-focused community center in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn, that strives to empower and uplift the community through the arts. Our passion is to bring diverse people together while exposing them to a brilliant diversity of art programming that facilitates healthy self-exploration and creative expression.
We believe that community can function as the glue that holds its members together in an on-going dialogue and unites them through a shared sense of purpose.
