The transgender beauty queen who was DQ'd from the Miss Universe pageant due to her birth gender has been threatening legal action against pageant officials ... and will spill the details at a news conference any moment -- which we're streaming LIVE.
Jenna Talackova (Right) was disqualified last week after Miss Universe Canada organizers discovered the 23-year-old had undergone a sex change operation.
Miss Universe officials quickly reversed their position over backlash -- but it was too late ... and Jenna lawyered up with Gloria Allred.
